Family Graves
Several years ago, my father, Leonard Collins, took me to see some family graves at Riverside Cemetery in Attica, Indiana. I forgot that I had taken pictures of the graves until I started cleaning out the hall closet. Today I scanned them to share with everyone. I know I probably missed some family plots, but I plan on returning to the cemetery this summer to take better (and more) pictures.
This first picture shows the headstone of Anna M. (1872-1911) and Charles W. (1863-1926) Cole.
Located to the right of Anna and Charles' graves is their daughter's, Nora E. Cole (October 15, 1896-May 29, 1927).
To the right of Nora's grave is her brother's: Alvin J. Cole (January 14, 1898-August 17, 1974).

Marquess, Collins, Hoskins 2008 Cousin Reunion
The Marquess, Collins, and Hoskins Cousin Reunion will be held Sunday, August 3, 2008 at the Wea Community Center, Lafayette, Indiana. The Community Center will be open for us at 11:00am (EST), and we will need to clean up by 4:00pm.
Please bring your table settings and a picnic basket brimming with food to share.
The Center has a kitchen, outlets, refrigerator, stove, sink, tables, chairs, and a piano. There's limited playground equipment for kids, but we have entertainment for them.

One other thing: I was once told that my Grandmother, Laura Irene Cole Collins, called this reunion the Barnum's Bailey and Cole Circus Reunion. Has anyone else heard it once called that?
