I am sorry to inform you that Norma Marquess Skiles passed away Saturday morning (8/15/09) at about 9:15 am following a long battle with cancer. The Rossville Funeral Home is the location of both the viewing on Tuesday of this week (2:00 – 5:00 pm) followed by the funeral on Wednesday at 1:00 pm.
