The Marquess, Collins, and Hoskins Cousin Reunion will be held Sunday, August 3, 2008 at the Wea Community Center, Lafayette, Indiana. The Community Center will be open for us at 11:00am (EST), and we will need to clean up by 4:00pm.
Please bring your table settings and a picnic basket brimming with food to share.
The Center has a kitchen, outlets, refrigerator, stove, sink, tables, chairs, and a piano. There's limited playground equipment for kids, but we have entertainment for them.

One other thing: I was once told that my Grandmother, Laura Irene Cole Collins, called this reunion the Barnum's Bailey and Cole Circus Reunion. Has anyone else heard it once called that?

Putting this web site up is a great idea..
It is such a shame that the Marquess/Collins/Hoskins Reunion was ended after all the years and generations that enjoyed it. It would be a delight to see it reunited once again (along with the Hoskins side)and a new fresh line up of committee members. Many Cousins have lost family members recently and this tradition should live on for those of us who are still here and left with our memories of the cherish days gone by of the past and present. Families should stick together....no matter if only they are only distant Cousins. This should be carried on for generation after generation, regardless of differences, opinions or tests of trials. God is Love. Let the Marguess/Collins/Hoskins Reunion live on!!!
